What is a video star tour?
Most tours in Hollywood just show you the outside of homes — lots of gates and trees.  We think you deserve better and have created the only video star tour.  Onboard 32″ TV’s play customized videos that show you inside the homes of the rich and famous!  Plus – we’ve now added HOT SETS!!!  These incredible new videos show you scenes from movies as we drive by the real filming location.

Are tips required for drivers?
Tips are not required but are greatly appreciated by the drivers.  Our drivers give you 2 hours of information and entertainment along with a safe journey.  A small gratuity at the end of the tour is a nice way to say thanks.  For larger groups and private tours a 10% tip is standard.

How often do tours leaves?
Day tours generally leave every one to two hours starting at 1pm daily.  Night tours begin at 7pm.  Tour times are approximate and sometimes there is a slight delay as we board passengers and provide last minute bathroom breaks.  Please understand your comfort and safety is our biggest concern.

How long are the tours?
Two hours is an average for our day time tour.  Night time tours average around 1:30 minutes.  But it all depends on traffic and the time of day.  LA is a very busy place and your tour time reflects that. Walking Tours are 1 hour and you should be physically able to get around Hollywood.

Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final and there are no refunds.  Once you purchase tickets we guarantee your seats for the tour.  If traffic or other delays cause you to miss your tour time we will offer a complimentary reschedule as long as you give us at least 1 hour advance notice.

What are the odds we’ll see a real star?
Pretty good if you’re in the right place at the right time.  On an average day it’s hit and miss.  Some places like Rodeo Drive and the Sunset Strip are star magnets and we really do see them driving by!  Your best odds are during a Walk of Fame star ceremony, movie premiere, or red carpet event.  Then the sky’s the limit!!!
